Trouble logging in?
Are you using the correct password?
Each tile represents a distinct identity and you've likely set a different password for each of your accounts, including any Google/email accounts you may have. Please make sure you are using the correct password.
Use a password manager to create and remember passwords for you!
Are you using the correct 2-step verification method?
If you are challenged to provide a second verification (also known as 2SV), please make sure you are providing the method you're asked for.
Your backup codes are distinct for each account (SIL Identity will be different than SIL email, Wycliffe Identity, Wycliffe email, etc.) and can only be used once.
Similarly, any codes you get from Authy will be different for each account. Please make sure you are using the right code for the account you're trying to access.
Lastly, if you're attempting to use a USB key or Yubikey, please make sure you're using a key you've linked to the account you're trying to log into.
Yubikey not blinking?
Try turning it over.
Still not blinking? Do you see a pop up near the top of your screen asking for permission to use the key? If so, please "Ok" or "Accept" the request.
Lose your 2SV method?
When the IdP (Identity account) login asks for a 2SV code and you don't have one, click MORE OPTIONS → I need help. Then you can click the Send button to send a one time 2SV code to your recovery contact (usually your supervisor). Please reach out to them to let them know they should be expecting a code, and to contact you when they get it. When you receive the 2SV code from your recovery contact you can use it to complete the login. Then go to the account's profile page at https://sil-pw.iidp.net to set up 2-step verification by doing one or more of the following, downloading 10 codes, setting up the account in an authenticator app on your phone, and/or setting up a USB security key.
